In 1987, Bud Darrah and Gene Darrah established Western Land Previews
to showcase mountain and plains ranching and farm real estate. Prior to
Western Land Previews, Bud and Gene operated a branch office in Granby,
Colorado for a national farm ranch brokerage firm. After achieving 26
years of experience and earning several company awards, they founded their
own brokerage company to showcase properties in the entire Western Mountain
Region. Based in Colorado, Western Land Previews offers properties for

Allen Darrah, Gene's youngest son, is a native born Grand County resident. Continuing on in the family tradition Allen licensed under Western Land Previews in 1996. Allen graduated high school here in Granby and went on to college, later spending two years in Texas. His wife Brandy joined the team in the spring of 2002 and has been specializing in Grand county residential and commercial properties. She was born and raised in Texas and moved to Colorado after college. They have a four year old son named Justin who hopefully someday will continue in the family tradition. |

Bill Stroh joined Western Land Previews Real Estate in
January of 2003. Bill and his wife Cindy have been married for twenty-five
years and are the parents of two adult sons. Joshua is a graduate student
at the University of Nebraska. Jacob with his wife Joy and son Bridger
lives and works on the family ranch in Kansas. Bill and Cindy reside
on the Colorado unit of their ranch a few miles from the Kansas border.
Bill has enjoyed a life long career in agriculture owning and operating
farming and ranching enterprises in Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas.
He has always been involved in the industry and community organizations.
He is a life-long member of the Cattlemen’s Association serving
in Colorado and most recently on the State Board of Directors for the
Nebraska Cattlemen’s Association. Also, Bill is a life-long member
of the Farm Bureau and active in Colorado and Nebraska. He has spent
many years as a 4-H Leader, Lions Club Member, Soil Conservation District
Board, and School Board Member. Bill and Cindy have always been active
in their local church involved in teaching and music ministry. Bill
says, "I am looking forward to working with Western Land Previews
and plan to carry on their tradition of serving buyers and sellers with
